Praise Life Coaching began with the sole purpose of wanting to provide a source for those struggling through life and needing a little nudge in the right direction. The coaching business was once a healthy catering company that provided heathier options for those that struggled to find gluten free, dairy free and sugar free desserts. Without meaning to, customers would come into the shop or reach out by phone to talk with us about there struggles. They felt safe, appreciated, heard, and loved- it's what we all hope for from one another. Through that process- Praise Life Coaching was born! We are looking forward to listening, and sharing our experiences with you.
